Your not alone in your experiences with Charles Church (nor Persimmon Homes for that matter). We've had the misfortune of buying a new home from them, and like you have found that getting them to act on the sales promises and warranty has been difficult at best, stressful and upsetting most of the time. It's a nightmare, and we to, needed things to take our minds off it, as it's a 24/7 problem that they force you to live with year after year. Horrendous. On a side note, have you set a wedding date yet?
