A friend told us of the problems with Cambers Edge, in Old Portsmouth. Built by Charles Church (part of Persimmon New Homes Organisation). Noise is biggest concern I would suggest people check out to satisfy themselves. Prior complaints with floor and wall issues, including noise, cracks, vibration would concern me greatly. Essential to talk to new/current neighbours to get idea of problems first, then work together to get a proper fix, but as the Chariman said it can take a long time at Charles Church, buyer beware.
